We are coming to this Earth plane as a speck of Consciousness. While coming from the 'Source', we come with Etheric Body as a structure for the Self. We come to this Earth plane to have unique experiences. For our experiences, we select the womb, the parents, atmosphere and situations. The whole design of life knows to the Self.
After selecting the mother, speck of consciousness comes to mother's womb. After Consciousness enters the mother's womb, womb gets life. The physical body takes the shape according to the Cosmic Energy in the Etheric Body and according to the Cause. Consciousness will be traveling to the 'Source' till it takes first breath. After coming out from the mother's womb, it takes its first external breath.
It is known as Birth.

What a mother should do during pregnancy?
Mother is directly connected to child at the time of pregnancy. Each and every action of the womb is directly related to mother. It is not only taking food but also it is taking all emotions and feelings of the Mother.
If mother is happy, peaceful then the womb child will be happy and peaceful.
If mother is tensed and unhappy then the womb child will be restless.
It leads to pains for the mother. She suffers unnecessarily. She does not know that 'the cause for this inconvenience is her own mental agony'.
So the role of the mother is to keep calm, peaceful and keep connected to womb child emotionally.
Meditation is the only way to achieve this state.
Practice Meditation regularly.
Understand that you are creating one Life. You are a creator.
What is the role of the father during Pregnancy?
Father is the part of the whole creation that is happening inside the Mother’s womb. The womb is nothing but pure Consciousness. It can directly feel the moods of the Father and his attitudes towards the mother and the womb.
Father should be always calm and caring. He should have a feel for the womb child. Nurture with love and caring.
Husband should take care of his wife. Feel for her. Be a part in all agony, restlessness, happiness, joy, pain and suffering.
Meditation gives the knowledge and Energy to be a perfect Parent and husband.
When you become a perfect parent and husband, the womb child will be blissful inside.
Even after the Birth, Child behavior will be very calm, understanding, loving and caring.

Meditation for Pregnant women:
Sit in a comfortable Posture.
Posture must be comfortable.
After sitting in a comfortable posture:
Clasp your fingers and cross your legs Close your eyes gently. Relax.
Take 5-6 deep breaths.
Take in-breath. Hold for few seconds.
Release out-breath slowly.
Relax.
Stop doing breathing. Stop doing conscious breathing.
Breathing happens on its own.
Now just witness the breath.
Watch Breath within the nostrils.
Breath is happening on its own way.
Just witness the flow of Breath.
Just witness in-breath, out-breath.
Just be with the Breath.
Let the breath be on its own. Just witness.
Thoughts may come in between.
Do nothing. Just witness the breath.
Thought slowly disappear on its own.
Just witness. Allow it to flow.
Just witness the breath or thought.
Thought slowly disappear on its own breath also slows down.
Be with the breath. Just witness. Just be.
In this situation, just be a witnessor.
Just observe it. Experience it.
Do not analyze. Don’t try to do something.
Just be.
